Notes:

Game Ready Fitness offers two different programs. The first is for youth, ages 10-14 and is $99.00 per month. This program is geared to build speed, conditioning, muscle endurance, strength as well as develop position skills. The first 2 months of this program take place indoors where we build a solid base. From February 28th onwards we move outdoors and this enables us to start doing 1 on 1's and skelly.

The second program that Game Ready Fitness offers is a strength weight lifting program -designed for ages 15 through to the professional. Costs start at $199 and increase to $249 beginning in March and include gym membership. It is designed to ensure we develop our athletes to be not only pound-for-pound the strongest and most explosive that they can be but also increase their overall speed. The first 2 months of this program are done in the weightroom in addition to a gym for plyometrics. Like the first program we also go outdoors on February 28th where we work on conditioning, agility, footwork, position work, 1 on 1s and skelly.
